The “Production Pro” line supervisor incorporates machine automation and machine integration that enables press line robots to determine optimal production speed. NOW, all you have to do is set the chase parameters; the job number and batch capabilities and the system will do the rest. The system can be programmed with over 200 variables, per job, all of which can easily be copied to a new recipe.
Vision De-stacker allows you to set a stack of steel at the start of the line where a robot will lift individual steel sheets onto the vision table, where a camera will take a photo. The information is relayed to the next robot, which aligns the sheets accordingly before placing it into the press.
Both the "Production Pro" line supervisor and the Vision De-stacker are stand-alone operations that can be added to your existing line or Rexcon can design and build a new turnkey press line for you from the ground up.
